Founded by myself and my wife Becky, Berbillions is our passionate response to life’s challenges and our desire to create something meaningful for our family and our community. Together, we come from a semi-catering background, bringing with us years of experience and hard-earned knowledge that have shaped who we are and the business we’re proud to call our own.
For over ten years , I’ve worked in the supply and maintenance of catering equipment, honing a deep understanding of the behind-the-scenes elements that make a kitchen run smoothly. From sourcing high-quality tools to ensuring efficient operations, my career has allowed me to see firsthand what it takes to make food service businesses successful. My wife Becky, on the other hand, spent years running a pub, perfecting her skills in hospitality, customer service, and menu curation. Her knack for creating an inviting atmosphere, along with her hands-on experience in the food and drink industry, has been instrumental in shaping Berbillions.
But as life often does, it threw us some curve balls. With two wonderful daughters and an awesome son to care for, we began to feel the pressure of today’s ever-rising living costs. Like so many families, we found ourselves facing tougher financial challenges, and we knew something had to change. Rather than let the obstacles of modern life hold us back, we decided to turn our passion for food and our desire to build a better future for our children into something tangible.
That’s how Berbillions was born—a do-or-die leap of faith to create a family business centered around one of our favorite things: gourmet, artisan burgers. Our goal is simple but heartfelt: to craft bespoke burgers that showcase the best local ingredients, served with love and attention to detail. Located in the Rhondda Valleys, we’re proud to offer a fresh, delicious alternative to mass-produced fast food.
